Description: Pay and Schedule

• Our top Sales Professional/Design Associates earn over $80,000/year
• $18-24 per hour guaranteed against commissions
• Immediate bonus opportunities
• Commission Pay FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING OPTIONS AFTER TRAINING: Flexible weekend and evening options. We know that in retail weekends and evenings are the busiest times. But these are also important family times! Tell us what schedule works best for you and we will come up with a set schedule that balances both.
• Full Time employees 40 hour schedule
• Modified Full Time employees 32-36 hour schedule
• Part Time Employees up to 28 hours a week schedule

Education and Experience

• Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED, 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required
