We specialize in custom outdoor kitchens, patios, pergolas, fireplaces, fire pits, hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and complete outdoor living environments. This position combines the best of both worlds. We provide a steady flow of qualified opportunities through our marketing, five retail showrooms, website, referral network, and repeat customers. We also expect our top-performing consultants to create additional business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and relationship building. What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners for company-generated in-home consultations.
• Design complete outdoor living projects that fit each customer's vision, lifestyle, and budget.
• Present solutions confidently and ask for the sale.
• Prepare accurate proposals and sales agreements.
• Coordinate project details for a smooth handoff to production.
• Manage your sales pipeline and customer communications using our CRM.
• Follow up on unsold proposals and previous customers.
• Generate additional opportunities through referrals, networking, repeat business, local events, and community involvement.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the initial consultation through project completion. What We're Looking For You are a relationship builder who enjoys meeting people, solving problems, and closing large-ticket sales.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of successful in-home sales experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, windows, roofing, kitchens, baths, pools, outdoor living, or similar industries.
• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive.
• Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Outdoor living or remodeling experience.
• Construction knowledge.
• Experience using CRM software (HubSpot, Buildertrend, Salesforce, etc.).
• Experience with design software or willingness to learn.

Compensation

Our compensation plan rewards performance.

• Realistic first-year earnings: $90,000$200,000+
• Exceptional performers: $250,000+ annually
• Base salary plus uncapped commissions.
