Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting business sales solutions, closing sales, and completing customer onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through professional communication and follow-up.
• Research target markets and identify opportunities to expand client accounts and generate new business.
• Educate customers on available products and services, addressing questions and recommending solutions that align with their business needs.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services that provide added value.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly, providing basic troubleshooting when appropriate and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM system to ensure effective account management and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or another customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
• Prior Sales and Customer Service Associate experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Professional, ethical, and customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet or exceed performance objectives. Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,100.00 per month
