This job is for a NAPA Auto Parts Counter Sales Associate. This is a full time postion 40+ hours a week You must be able to work weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the correct automotive parts and accessories.
• Provide advice on vehicle maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and automotive systems.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash/credit payments.
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory, and keep displays organized.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Promote special offers and new products.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication. Important Skills &

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Sales experience and ability to explain products effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with cash handling, POS systems, and phone communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Automotive service or parts department experience is a plus. What the Employer is expecting:
