Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging demos to educate and excite customers
• Upsell additional services and accessories to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales goals
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to attract customer attention and promote featured products
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
• Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and ensuring merchandise is well-presented

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other relevant languages) is required to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in a grocery store or electronics environment
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic retail math for accurate transactions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and professionally
• Experience supervising or leading team members is a plus but not mandatory
• Knowledge of merchandising, stock management, and retail operations enhances your effectiveness in this role
