Responsibilities

:

• Meet with homeowners to discuss remodeling projects and needs
• Conduct in-home consultations and sales presentations
• Build customer relationships and guide homeowners through decisions
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
• Generate and manage opportunities within assigned territories

Qualifications

:

• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated mindset
• Comfortable speaking face-to-face with homeowners
• Reliable and driven with a desire to grow
• Experience in sales, customer service, athletics, hospitality, retail, canvassing, or construction is a plus No previous sales or remodeling experience required. Paid training provided.
