Job description: In addition to the Bedford territory, this position requires weekly travel to/from assigned territory. Purpose: Responsible for supporting the company's multifaceted sales goals through professional sales techniques and good customer service, all while maintaining quality relations with existing accounts, and developing new business

Responsibilities

: Represents the company for the aftermarket sales (parts and service) of industrial equipment currently existing or being delivered to customers in a defined sales area Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment and services offered by the dealership Monitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordingly Maintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales management Knows and follows a defined sales process Logs calls and uses CRM daily Maintains assigned company vehicles and equipment Assists with the preparation and execution of customer calls and sales Conducts equipment field inspections Monitors trends in customer's business activities and timely communicates to management Attends applicable sales training events/seminars Maintain current knowledge of equipment values within the market affording the ability to evaluate properly for repair versus replace purposes REQUIREMENTS Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge: 1+ years sales experience Knowledge of forklift operational practices preferred. Ability to used standard desktop load applications, such as Microsoft Office, and internet functions Ability to work flexible hours Excellent customer relationship skills Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports Job Type: Full-time
