Commission Only | Uncapped | $80K$200K Potential Raytek Lighting, Signs & Electrical is expanding in the Phoenix & greater AZ market and we're building a small, elite outside sales team to drive B2B and commercial growth. We handle everything : Commercial signs, LED lighting retrofits, electrical, permitting, manufacturing, and installs. You sell. We deliver. What You'll Be Selling You'll be selling to:

• Businesses
• Property managers
• General contractors
• Developers
• Multi-location brands Products include:
• Storefront & building signs
• LED lighting upgrades
• Electrical & site lighting
• Wayfinding & branding packages These are high-ticket, high-commission projects not $99 banners. What We Provide

Compensation

• 10% commission on gross sales
• Paid on invoiced revenue
• No cap on earnings
• No draw, no salary this is for closers Average reps sell $400K$1M+ per year That's $40K$150K+ in commissions Who We Want This role is for you if you:
• Have B2B or outside sales experience
• Are comfortable prospecting and closing
• Are not afraid to walk into businesses
• Want unlimited income
• Are tired of corporate sales ceilings Sign, construction, electrical, or commercial services experience is a big plus but not required if you can sell.

What You'll Do

• Prospect businesses, contractors & property managers
• Sell signage & lighting solutions
• Build your own book of business
• Work directly with estimating & ops to close deals
