Lead Generation Specialist Job

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential business clients for our merchant services solutions. This role focuses on outbound prospecting and gathering key information, including merchant processing information/statements, to support our sales team in delivering competitive pricing and service solutions. This is an hourly role with performance-based bonuses tied to transfers and statement acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, and emails to small and mid-sized businesses
• Build rapport with business owners and explain the value of a rate comparison
• Request and collect merchant processing statements for analysis
• Accurately track activities and leads in CRM systems
• Hand off qualified leads to Account Executives
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telemarketing, or lead generation preferred
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
