About the Role

: As an Enrollment Representative, you'll play a critical role in growing our centers by building strong connections with families, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. You'll be the first voice they hear and the trusted advisor who helps them feel confident in choosing Children's Learning Adventure. We're looking for:

• A driven, goal-oriented individual with a competitive spirit
• Proven sales experience (this is a must!)
• Strong phone skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Someone who loves a fast-paced environment and thrives under pressure
• A natural communicator who can confidently connect with parents and explain the benefits of our programs
• An energetic, positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Must be able to work 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

What You'll Do

:

• Make outbound calls to prospective families and respond to inquiries
• Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Guide families through the enrollment process with confidence and care
• Meet and exceed enrollment goals through consistent follow-up and proactive outreach
