Full description of the position

Do you enjoy technology, luxury vehicles and working with people? Land Rover Warwick is looking for a Product Specialist to help customers get the most out of their new vehicle. This isn't a traditional sales position. Your job is to make every customer's delivery experience first class by showing them how everything in their new Land Rover works and making sure they're comfortable before they leave.

What You'll Do

• Deliver new vehicles to customers and explain all vehicle features and technology.
• Demonstrate infotainment, driver assistance systems, connectivity and other features.
• Answer customer questions in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
• Work closely with the sales team to coordinate vehicle deliveries.
• Stay up to date on new Land Rover products and technology through manufacturer training.
• Follow up with customers after delivery as needed. What We're Looking For

• Professional appearance and customer-first mindset.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
