Sales Representative Hispanic Food & Beverage Location: Birmingham, AL

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell Hispanic food and beverage products to supermarkets, c-stores, and mini-markets. This role focuses on business development, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail customers
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, presenting, closing, follow-up)
• Monitor deliveries and ensure proper product placement and merchandising
• Generate new business through networking and field visits
• Ensure timely invoice payments
• Provide consultation on Latin American food and beverage products
• Resolve customer concerns professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (food & beverage industry preferred)
• Bilingual Must speak English and Spanish fluently (required)
• Valid driver's license
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Teams, CRM systems)
• Ability to manage reports and sales documentation
• Available to work weekends when scheduled Job Type: Full-time
