Overview

As an Account Manager, your primary focus is growth. You will proactively market and sell insurance products, conduct comprehensive policy reviews, and convert both warm and cold opportunities into long-term client relationships. Service is importantbut production drives this role. If you are competitive, goal-oriented, and energized by sales results, this is an opportunity to build a strong book of business and grow your income.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and close new business across auto, home, renters, and life insurance
• Conduct needs-based policy reviews to uncover coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities
• Develop strong customer relationships that drive retention and referrals
• Confidently recommend, explain, and sell insurance solutions to both warm and cold leads
• Handle complex customer concerns while maintaining a strong production focus
• Track pipeline activity and consistently work toward meeting and exceeding sales goals

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Active Property & Casualty license preferred
• Life & Health license preferred
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing if not already licensed (licensing support offered for candidates who need to obtain required licenses)
• State Farm experience preferred but not required
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
