Job Summary

Indie Coffee is seeking an enthusiastic Barista Sales Associate to join our team. This role combines exceptional customer service with beverage preparation and retail sales. You'll help create a welcoming caf experience while ensuring accurate transactions and efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages.
• Greet customers and recommend menu items.
• Process orders and payments using the POS system.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and dining areas.
• Restock products and assist with inventory as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous barista, retail, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Friendly attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
