Full description of the position

Inside Sales Representative Up to $75,000 + bonus Inside Sales Representative is required for a valve and flow control distributor out of Warrendale, PA. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting the outside sales team, completing RFQs and producing quotes from technical drawings. The Inside Sales Representative will ideally have experience with actuators / pneumatics / valve automation / valves. Package:

• Work with customers and external sales teams to assess application needs and specify correct actuators / pneumatics / valve automation / electrical components
• Provide pre-sale technical support and collaborate with sales to prepare detailed, accurate quotations.
• Generate and review RFQ analysis reports and communicate results to customers.
• Ensure all technical documentation and proposals are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical barriers to order completion.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal departments on project status and technical updates.

Requirements

for Inside Sales Representative

• Strong understanding of industrial equipment and application principles.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office, with experience using CRM, ERP systems
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in / near Warrendale, PA
• This role would suit an Inside Sales Representative, Applications Engineer, Technical Sales Support, Sales Engineer or similar. Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
