You will be: Providing exceptional service throughout the customer's experience. Communicating effectively both in-person and over the phone to discover the customer's wants and needs. Serving as an advocate for Zeigler by sharing what makes us the best choice. Consulting, educating and guiding your customers to the appropriate next steps in the sales process. Executing a fantastic and personalized delivery experience. Following up with customers for post-sale service, satisfaction surveys, referrals and repeat business.
