What You'll Do

• Consultative Prospecting: Identify and connect with local business leaders to understand their branding and communication challenges.
• Strategic Solutions: Work alongside our design team to pitch custom graphics, digital signage, and branding wayfinding.
• Relationship Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from the initial \"hello\" to the final installation and beyond.

Compensation

: Base salary + uncapped commission (Expected Year 1 OTE: $55,000 - $80,000).

What You Bring

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but a winning attitude is a must.
