Outside Sales Representative NW Elite Roofing Spokane, WA Job Type: Full-Time, Commission-Based Pay: $75,000$200,000+ per year (Uncapped Commission)

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Perform complimentary roof inspections for homeowners.
• Identify storm, wind, and hail damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance claim options.
• Schedule appointments and meet with homeowners.
• Prepare and present estimates.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM.
• Represent NW Elite Roofing professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods.
• Ability to climb a ladder
• Sales experience is a plus but not required. What We Offer
