Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator Brand & Producer Enablement Company: Liberty Insurance Services Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid 2+ days/week in office) Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: $65,000 (DOE) ABOUT THE ROLE Liberty Insurance Services is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator to lead brand strategy and serve as a dedicated marketing partner to our producer team. This is a hybrid strategic and execution role you'll own Liberty's marketing presence while building and managing individualized marketing plans for 8+ senior producers. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for a professional services marketer who understands long sales cycles, relationship-based B2B environments, and how to influence without direct authority. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Liberty's social media strategy with a focus on LinkedIn for professional audiences
• Develop and maintain firm brand guidelines, messaging, and content governance
• Build and execute individualized marketing plans for 6+ producers
• Conduct regular 1:1 strategy sessions with producers to align marketing with their sales goals
• Create producer-specific content, email campaigns, and marketing materials
• Track KPIs and report marketing performance to senior leadership
• Coordinate webinar and event marketing from promotion through post-event follow-up
• Support SEO fundamentals and landing page strategy
• Train producers on effective use of marketing tools and platforms REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of marketing experience in commercial insurance, employee benefits, financial services, or professional services
• Proven experience supporting B2B long sales cycle environments
• Strong social media management skills (LinkedIn required)
• Experience with content strategy, email marketing, and audience segmentation
• Track record of developing and reporting on marketing KPIs
• Self-directed with strong follow-through and accountability
• Experience working directly with senior professionals or sales teams PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 24 years in a middle-market or B2B professional services firm
• Familiarity with EOS or accountability-driven organizations
• Experience building brand governance or marketing frameworks
• Background in sales enablement or producer/advisor marketing support COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary: $65,000, commensurate with experience
