Responsibilities

:

• Meet with customers face-to-face to explain available products and services
• Assist customers with the enrollment process and ensure a smooth experience
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
• Participate in daily Sales Assistant team meetings and ongoing training sessions
• Support outreach efforts to connect with new customers in the community
• Work with team members and management to meet sales and performance goals

Qualifications

for a Sales Assistant:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
• Prior experience as a Sales Assistant is highly desirable
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
