At Catalyst Point , we partner with AT&T; to deliver reliable wireless and internet solutions to local businesses across the Charlotte area. We're currently hiring motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. This is an entry-level opportunity with in house training , hands-on mentorship, and clear growth potential. No prior telecom experience is required we're looking for driven individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build real skills in sales and customer engagement.

What You'll Do

• Engage with local businesses in assigned territories to introduce AT&T; wireless and internet solutions
• Build rapport, ask the right questions, and recommend services tailored to each customer's needs
• Educate customers on available products, promotions, and service options
• Provide a professional, positive experience from first interaction through enrollment
• Work alongside a supportive team and leadership group focused on growth and development
• Continuously improve sales and communication skills through training and coaching What We're Looking For
• Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
• Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or event experience is a plus (not required)
• Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture
• Reliable transportation for daily travel to the office and assigned territories

Compensation

& Schedule

• Pay: Performance-based earnings averaging $1000-$1200 per week
