Overview

We are hiring a Sales Performance Supervisor responsible for strengthening in-spa revenue by actively guiding guests toward the most suitable treatments and retail solutions. This role centers on sales execution, revenue optimization, and client satisfaction within a premium spa environment. Core Functions

• Present spa services and retail items in a compelling and informative manner
• Increase transaction value through add-on services and bundled offerings
• Assess guest preferences to suggest appropriate treatment options
• Maintain awareness of current offers, service menus, and retail lines
• Record daily sales outcomes and contribute to revenue reporting
• Support smooth coordination between sales and service teams
