Overview

Digital Blitz Marketing is a fast-growing digital marketing company helping small and medium-sized businesses improve their online presence and reach more customers. We work with businesses across the United States and internationally, helping them strengthen their online visibility and establish a stronger digital presence. We are currently hiring 13 motivated Call Center Sales Representatives to join our team. If you are dependable, hardworking, and motivated to increase your income through performance, we would be happy to train you and provide the tools necessary to succeed. No sales experience required we train the right candidates. Responsibilities

• Speak with business owners in a professional and courteous manner
• Follow provided scripts to identify issues with a business's online presence
• Present our digital marketing services as solutions for improving web visibility
• Use rebuttal tools to overcome objections
• Build confidence with customers throughout the sales process
• Navigate multiple computer screens while speaking with customers
• Maintain a strong and consistent work ethic
• Identify and isolate customer objections to convert leads into sales Preferred Skills
• Strong communication skills
• Sales or customer service experience
• Ability to multitask between multiple tabs and screens
• Ability to remain positive and motivated despite rejection
• Call center experience is a plus
• B2B sales experience is a major plus Paid Training Training period: 1 week Training pay: $10/hour Training covers:
• Sales scripts
• Objection handling
• Identifying businesses that need our services
• Understanding the closing process

Compensation

After training, representatives earn a $15/hour base rate plus commission opportunities based on performance. To qualify for commission, representatives must close 10 deals and generate $1,000 in gross sales within a week. 19 Deals$15/hour 1014 Deals$15/hour + 5% commission 1520 Deals$15/hour + 7.5% commission 2130 Deals$15/hour + 10% commission 31+ Deals$15/hour + 12.5% commission Top representatives have earned over $1,800 per week , with an average of approximately $900 per week. Performance Expectations Representatives are expected to meet a weekly quota of 10 deals and $1,000 in gross sales. Failure to meet quota may result in adjustments to pay or termination depending on performance and willingness to improve.
