Compensation

• $2,000 Training Guarantee During your first 4 weeks, you'll earn a guaranteed $2,000 while in training. $500 per week after training for working in the field.
• Uncapped Commission Top reps earn $75,000 - $125,000 starting out
• Point of sale commissions between $1,000 - $4,000 per deal (not at install)

• Engage directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods
• Share the story of how partnering with Apex can save folks tons of money
• Detail how our windows and doors improve comfort, beauty, and efficiency
• Build excitement for a meeting with our Promotional Home Coordinators
