Breneman Ford is growing our team and hiring additional sales consultants! No automotive sales experience is necessary, but the right person will have experience interacting with customers and must love working with people. Previous work experience could include restaurant workers, customer service associates, cell phone sales, or other service industry workers. We are currently selling 90 plus units per month and need your help to break into the next level. Breneman Ford was established about 1 year ago after taking over a previous long standing Ford dealership. Responsibilities

:

• Assisting customers who enter the dealership, answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs
• Responding to customers inquiries by phone, email, and text to engage with the customer and answer questions
• Meeting goals and objectives defined each month
• Explaining product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase. Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively
• Offering test drives to all prospects and following dealership procedure to obtain proper identification prior to test drive

Requirements

:

• Sales or customer service background preferred but not required, on the job training available
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Strong written and communication skills
• Spanish speaking a plus!!
• Valid driver's license required and clean driving record
