Holloway Insurance Agency is one of the top-producing insurance agencies in the Birmingham area, and we are hiring a driven Sales Producer to help us grow. This is a hunter's seat. You will prospect, quote, and close new business, and you will be paid for every win. If you love the close and you want a long runway instead of a revolving door, read on. What you will do:
• Generate new business through outbound outreach, referrals, and your own pipeline
• Quote and close auto, home, and life policies Build and own your book of business
• Hit monthly production targets and earn uncapped commission on top of your base What you will earn:
• Competitive hourly base plus uncapped commission on every policy you write
