About the Role

SanTan Solar is hiring an in-office sales rep to work inbound leads and build new business through consistent follow-up and outreach. This is a performance-driven role. You will have real opportunities in front of you every day, along with the expectation to create more through your own activity. If you are motivated, coachable, and willing to put in the work, there is a clear path to strong income here. No door knocking. No guessing. You will be trained and supported, but your results will come down to your effort.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound leads and guide customers through the sales process
• Follow up consistently with prospects to move deals forward
• Make outbound calls and build your own pipeline
• Work with homeowners, contractors, and installers across the country
• Learn our solar products and confidently present solutions
• Stay organized and manage multiple deals at once
• Participate in ongoing sales training and apply what you learn
• Hit and exceed monthly sales targets What We're Looking For
• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with people quickly
• Self-motivated and comfortable being measured on performance
• Consistent work ethic and ability to stay focused throughout the day

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
