Job Description

Omega Products International is seeking a driven and customer-focused Bi- lingual Sales Representative to support and grow our presence in the construction materials market. This role is responsible for developing strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing technical product support, and identifying opportunities to expand sales within assigned territories. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in the construction industry preferably with stucco, EIFS, or masonry systems, along with strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide technical support to customers, including answering product questions, visiting job sites, and troubleshooting.
• Provide customer support, including helping with product orders and delivering samples.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow sales.
• Conduct educational presentations and hands-on training on our systems and products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and gather customer feedback.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in same or similar position.
• Experience in the construction industry, specifically having knowledge of stucco, EIFS, or masonry preferred.
• Proven experience in sales and customer support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft 365.
• Bi-Lingual preferred. Salary
