What You'll Do

• Generate and follow up with real estate leads
• Assist buyers and sellers with home sales and purchases
• Conduct showings, open houses, and listing appointments
• Build and manage a client database (CRM)
• Negotiate contracts and guide clients through real estate transactions
• Develop a local real estate business Training, Support & Tools
• Step-by-step real estate agent training program
• Weekly coaching, mentorship, and accountability
• Access to KW Command CRM and marketing platform
• Business planning and lead generation systems
• In-house support: transaction coordination, marketing, and admin

Qualifications
