A busy, well-established ophthalmology practice with convenient locations in Franklin, Milford, Medfield, and Hopkinton, MA, is looking for a Full-Time Optical Sales Associate to join our welcoming and supportive team. What You'll Do

:

• Help patients select stylish and functional eyeglass frames and lenses
• Dispense completed eyewear orders and ensure customer satisfaction
• Support daily operations in the optical shop and lab
• Learn to operate lab equipment, including the optical edger
• Assist patients with lens selections
• Assist with contact lens ordering and fittings (training provided) What We're Looking For:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
• Previous experience in optical sales is a plus, but not required
