Responsibilities
  • Explain insurance products and services to customers
  • Assist customers with policy applications and onboarding
  • Answer customer questions and provide timely, accurate support
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity
  • Make daily calls and follow up to generate quotes for prospective customers who request coverage
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
  • Must currently hold a Property & Casualty (P&C;) License Flexible work from home options available.
