About the Role

Paramount Consulting Group is seeking motivated, ambitious individuals to join our team as a Senior Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will build and maintain client relationships, manage customer accounts, drive new business, and develop leadership skills through hands-on training and mentorship. Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Present products and services to prospective customers.
• Manage customer accounts and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute sales and client acquisition strategies.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, leadership, and professional development.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
