Overview

: To provide extraordinary customer service, helping 84 exceed sales and profit expectations. This position is responsible for Internet Sales. The Web Sales Estimator will receive "Requests for Quotes" via the internet, log onto the nearest store and create an estimate for the customer. He/She will then follow up with the customer to close the sale.

Responsibilities

: Create estimates/takeoffs for customers Sales Maintain a trade relations book Track Sales, GP$ and GP% Work on system enhancements

Qualifications

: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business reports, technical procedures and /or government regulations; write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals; effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
