Position Summary

:The Outbound Inside Sales Representative I is responsible for generating new business opportunities through highvolume outbound prospecting. The role focuses on identifying potential customers, starting conversations, and scheduling qualified meetings for the Business Development team. This position is an entrylevel role within the Business Development Department. centered on building pipelines and developing core outbound sales skills. Success requires consistent activity, persistence, and the ability to engage prospects through proactive outreach. This is an inoffice role working closely with the Business Development team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Conduct highvolume outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential customers.
• Initiate conversations and qualify prospects to schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent and proactive outreach.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to refine targeting and outreach strategies.
• Achieve or exceed KPIs related to activity levels, conversations, and meetings scheduled.

Required Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in sales, customerfacing roles, or outbound prospecting preferred..
• Ability to perform effectively in a highvolume, outbound calling environment.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable engaging prospective customers in initial outreach and discovery conversations
• Highly coachable, resilient, and motivated to grow within a sales career.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo is beneficial.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred. Pay: Salary + Commission
