Here at Mazda of South Charlotte, we acquire Hundreds of leads per month to be processed. Our Business Development position requires a keen sense of urgency to customer requests or inquiries funneling through to our dealership. Candidates must be able to handle several requests with immediate response. Job

Duties

• Welcome visitors and customers by greeting and referring them to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain BDC, handling all incoming calls & administrative duties as well as working closely with customers.
• Work closely with sales and service associates following through on all internet leads, and phone calls on a daily basis.
• Scheduling Service appointments
• Self Motivated individuals.
• Pleasant phone voice with great people skills.
• Must be able to handle a fast paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent PC skills
• Must be able to effectively complete tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization with great attention to detail.
• Self Motivated individuals.
• Pleasant phone voice with great people skills.
• Must be able to handle a fast paced environment.
• Must have an energetic phone personality and be able to handle irate customers.
• Must be able to work full-time hours, some nights, Saturdays, and/or Sundays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual
