We pride ourselves on responsive service, deep product knowledge, and long-standing customer relationships built on trust. The Role We are looking for a driven, personable Sales Representative to grow our customer base. You will spend time in the field: meeting with prospects and solving customers' equipment needs. This is a ground-floor opportunity with direct mentorship from ownership and a clear path to growth.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business relationships
• Manage and grow an assigned territory through regular in-person customer visits
• Understand customer equipment needs and match it with out inventory
• Prepare and present quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales
• Coordinate with internal staff on order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service
• Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline, and customer interactions

Qualifications

Required

• Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and territory
• Valid driver's license Position Details
• In person at RIDC Industrial Park, Blawnox with some traveling
• Full benefits package starting at 90 days, including 401(k), dental, health, vision and life insurance, paid time off
