What You'll Do

As a Sales Consultant , you'll help customers bring their home dreams to life. Using your positive energy, product knowledge, and communication skills , you'll deliver an outstanding shopping experience from the moment they walk in the door to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Welcome and guide customers through our showroom and website to find the perfect solutions for their home
• Build strong customer relationships and provide tailored recommendations
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding personal and team goals
• Follow up on open quotes and orders to ensure a smooth delivery experience
• Handle escalations with professionalism and creativity
• Stay organized with scheduling, order tracking, and customer communication

Requirements

:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Customer service and people skills, selling to customer needs
• Product knowledge. General math skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, listening and leadership skills
• Initiative to meet assigned sales goals, missions and objectives
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build rapport
