We are seeking an experienced, motivated Outside Sales Representative to help drive continued growth and build lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in restaurant supplies and equipment.
• Learn from seasoned sales reps, the industry of Restaurant Supplies.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and e-commerce orders
• Stock shelves efficiently by organizing merchandise, replenishing inventory, and ensuring attractive displays through merchandising skills
• Support store organization by managing inventory counts, stocking new products, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting
• Communicate clearly with customers in English and other languages as needed to serve a diverse clientele

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm cooking tools and equipment is a plus!
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse customer base in multiple languages if applicable
• Basic organizational skills for stocking shelves, managing inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform cash handling duties confidently
• Familiarity with retail math principles to ensure accurate sales processing and inventory management
