Ideal Roofing is hiring a Roof Repair Sales Specialist. This role is for someone who understands roofing repairs, can sell the solution confidently, and isn't afraid to get hands-on. If you're the type who can diagnose the problem, explain it clearly to the homeowner, sell the fix, and make sure it's done rightthis is your lane.

What You'll Do

• Inspect roofs and identify repair needs (leaks, flashing, pipe boots, minor shingle damage, etc.)
• Present repair solutions and pricing clearly to homeowners
• Close repair jobs on-site
• Perform or assist with repair installations as needed
• Coordinate materials and ensure quality workmanship
• Document jobs in CRM (photos, notes, scope of work)
• Maintain a professional, trustworthy presence with customers What We're Looking For
• Roofing repair experience (required)
• Ability to sell repairs confidentlyno pressure, just competence
• Hands-on installation knowledge (you know how it's actually fixed)
• Strong communication and customer skills
• Reliable, self-managed, and accountable
• Comfortable working independently in the field Pay & Structure
• Hourly pay (based on experience)
• Bonus/commission per repair sold and completed
• Consistent repair volumeno feast or famine
