Bilingual English/Spanish, healthcare sales professional that has a strong phone presence, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to closing cases. As this initiative expands, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to clients referred by health plans and guide clients through the company sales process.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and intake consultations.
• Accurately document interactions and progress in the intake system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless case management and communication.
• Meet or exceed outreach and enrollment targets.
• Participate in team meetings, share feedback, and help improve outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone communication skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling.
• Strong work ethic, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with intake tracking systems.
• Prior experience in sales, outreach, intake, or customer service, ideally within healthcare, social services, or a related field preferred Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
