Job Description

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on face-to-face conversations, building relationships, and closing deals? DNA Homes is a fast-growing real estate investment company that buys houses directly from homeowners throughout Oklahoma. We specialize in helping homeowners sell properties quickly without repairs, commissions, or traditional real estate hassles. We're looking for a motivated Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us acquire off-market properties through outbound calling, in-person appointments, and door knocking. This is a high-reward sales role for someone who is competitive, self- motivated, and wants to earn far more than a traditional salaried position.

What You'll Do

• Call homeowners from company-provided lead lists.
• Follow up with motivated sellers by phone, text, and email.
• Conduct in-person appointments with homeowners.
• Door knock targeted neighborhoods and distressed properties.
• Build rapport and identify homeowners' needs.
• Present cash and creative financing solutions.
• Negotiate and secure signed purchase agreements.
• Maintain detailed notes and follow-up activity in our CRM.
• Work closely with leadership to analyze and close deals.

Compensation

100% Commission Only We believe top performers should be paid like top performers. Door Knocked Deals

• Earn 50% of net profits on deals you generate through door knocking.
• Typical deal profits range from $10,000 - $15,000+
• Typical commission per deal: $5,000 - $7,500+ Other Company Leads
• Competitive commission structure on all closed transactions. There is no cap on earnings. Top performers who consistently generate appointments and contracts can earn six figures or more annually. Who We're Looking For
• Proven sales experience preferred.
• Door-to-door sales experience is a major plus.
• Experience in roofing, solar, insurance, home services, automotive sales, or real estate sales is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable talking with homeowners daily.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay positive.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Competitive mindset with a strong desire to win.
• Reliable transportation required.
