Duties and Responsibilities

: -Ensures a high quality, effective and professional experience is provided to every guest following the Grappone sales process. - Operates routinely with a high level of professionalism. - Establishes knowledge base regarding products, services, and competitive automotive makes and models. - Has pride and passion in what they do. - Must have a valid driver's license, and be insurable through our insurance company. - Must be able to work days, nights, and Saturdays.

Benefits

: 40 hour workweek Monday thru Friday - 9:00am-7:00pm (scheduled hours will vary between these hours) Saturdays - 8:15am to 5:00pm Minimum of 112 hours of paid time off within the first full year (128 hours in year three) 8 paid holidays per year Paid maternity/paternity leave within the first year of employment Health, dental, vision and life insurance 401(k) with up to a 3% match We are an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free work environment. Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
