In this role, you will help guide prospective patients from initial interest through the treatment process while delivering a high-quality experience every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Book patients through our digital lead portal and help convert interest into scheduled appointments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective and existing patients in a professional, friendly, and service-oriented manner.
• Support patients as they move through the treatment process, helping them stay informed and engaged.
• Work closely with your manager to ensure all required paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Track leads, follow up consistently, and maintain organized records across multiple web-based systems.
• Provide excellent written and verbal communication that reflects our commitment to exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, administration, dental offices, scheduling, or a similar customer-facing environment is preferred but not necessary.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Comfortable using social media and navigating multiple web-based lead portals and software platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
