Full description of the position

We're looking for enthusiastic bilingual professionals to join our growing team as full-time Sales Representatives. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish, enjoy connecting with people, and are motivated by opportunities to earn through performance, this could be the right fit for you. In this role, you'll work inside retail locations, helping customers explore products and services while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish.
• Build rapport and identify customer needs.
• Present products and services with confidence and professionalism.
• Guide customers through available options and answer questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service while meeting individual performance goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
