Sales & Estimating Consultant Whitetail Landscaping & Snow Removal is hiring a Sales & Estimating Consultant to help Pittsburgh-area residential and commercial customers understand their options and move projects from the first conversation to a clear, accurate proposal. This role is ideal for someone who combines customer service, organization, practical property knowledge, and consistent follow-up. Pay: $20$35 per hour, plus earnable performance bonuses Schedule: Full-time, permanent Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Work setting: On-site at customer properties, field visits, and company operations

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospective customers and schedule property visits
• Meet customers, understand their goals, and evaluate landscape or property-care needs
• Build clear scopes of work, measurements, estimates, and proposals
• Explain recommended services, timelines, and expectations professionally
• Follow up consistently and maintain accurate customer and opportunity records
• Coordinate with field leadership so sold work can be scheduled and delivered successfully
• Support residential and commercial relationship development
• Identify opportunities for recurring service, seasonal work, and snow or ice management

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales, estimating, account management, or service experience
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
• Ability to understand properties, measurements, materials, and project scope
• Landscape, construction, property-care, or related estimating knowledge is preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer properties
