We are currently looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Construction Sales Representative to join our growing team. Position

Overview

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting with clients, building relationships, solving problems, and helping projects move from concept to completion. You'll work directly with homeowners and clients to understand their needs, develop project solutions, and guide them throughout the sales and construction process.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through phone consultations and on-site visits
• Understand customer goals, budgets, and project needs
• Diagnose site challenges and recommend practical solutions
• Prepare project proposals, estimates, and timelines
• Follow up on proposals and maintain communication throughout the sales process
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Help generate new business opportunities through referrals and networking
• Manage multiple projects and client communications simultaneously

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and customer service experience
• Construction, landscaping, or outdoor living industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and self-motivated with strong follow-through
• Ability to estimate projects and manage project timelines preferred
• Positive attitude and solutions-focused mindset
• Comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment
• Experience with CRM, estimating, or project management software is a plus Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
