What You'll Do

You'll be the reason customers feel excited, confident, and celebrated.

• Deliver a five-star customer experience
• Build relationships and follow up with potential clients
• Guide customers through diamond and bridal purchases
• Recommend complementary pieces to elevate their purchase
• Learn and master product knowledge (diamonds, gemstones, watches, repairs)
• Maintain beautiful visual presentation on the sales floor
• Handle transactions efficiently and professionally
