As an Assistant Manager at our nail salon, you will have a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent customer service. You will assist in managing the salon and oversee various tasks to maintain a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments, managing the salon's booking system
• Collect payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain the salon's inventory of nail polish and supplies
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the salon, including workstations and common areas
• Assist in training and supervising salon staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and maintain accurate records
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with the Salon Manager to implement and enforce salon policies and procedures
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers

Qualifications

:

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive and welcoming experience for clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and salon staff
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic computer skills
