This role is based at our model home in a very busy, high-visibility retail area in Indian Land , South Carolina providing strong daily foot traffic and walk-in opportunities in addition to inbound leads. Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated, on-site Sales & Marketing Representative (SMR) who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. In this role, you will work from a model home, engaging walk-in customers, managing a high volume of inbound leads, and closing deals. This is ideal for someone who is energized by face-to-face interaction and driven by income potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the model home
• Manage 25+ inbound leads daily (calls, texts, emails)
• Convert leads into qualified prospects and closed sales
• Conduct in-person product presentations and walkthroughs
• Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates
• Handle multiple deals and conversations simultaneously
• Track leads, interactions, and sales activity accurately in Go High Level CRM
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve performance
• Represent the company with professionalism, urgency, and energy What We're Looking For

• Ability to handle high lead volume without dropping the ball
• New home construction, sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred
