If you have long terrm, work history, come Join our dynamic team as an Outside Flooring Sales Specialist in OKC, where your energy and expertise will drive growth and customer satisfaction! In this role, you will be the face of our company in the field, engaging directly with clients to understand their flooring needs, provide tailored solutions, and close sales. You will report to the office regularly to coordinate projects, update records, and collaborate with team members. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your sales talents to transform spaces and build lasting relationships! We offer a $700 a week as a base pay & $100 per each additional account you sell! We are a leader in the multi housing industry! There is also $100 weekly vehicle allowance provided as well.

Duties

• Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients to assess flooring needs and present product options.
• Negotiate pricing and project scope to secure sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist clients with re-occuring orders
• Maximize sales opportunities by attending events
• Report back to the office regularly with updates on client interactions, project progress, and sales management.
• Support sales efforts by explaining features of our QUALITY PRODUCTS, WITH NEXT DAY SERVICE, AT ECONOMY RATES, then handling customer inquiries and schedule reoccuring jobs as they are called into you.
• Company laptop, phone, training, and support by our warehouse manager, sales manager, and owners are always provided as well as a office to support your skills

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within flooring, renovation, or construction industries.
• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
• Multi-housing experiance as an apartment manager, maintenance technician, or a reginal manor is a plus
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation, upselling, and account management to grow sales accounts is preferred
• Familiarity with remodeling processes, tight turn schedules, and maintenance considerations for flooring projects would be helpful
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client appointments and reports efficiently.
• Basic math skills for math calculations is a must. We can teach you to measure for the vinyl and carpet estimates during training.
